Maison Noir was born from the belief that a great meal is not merely consumed — it is experienced. We source from a constellation of small California farms and coastal purveyors, letting the season write the menu.
Each dish is composed with restraint, allowing a single ingredient to speak with clarity, elevated by technique honed across decades in Lyon, Tokyo, and Copenhagen.
